W.I.S.D.O.M.

W.I.S.D.O.M. is the abbreviation for “Wiener Schule der offenen Meditation” (Viennese School of Open Meditation). This refers not to a religious path but to an unbiased training of the mind that leads to the overcoming of problems and a more peaceful life. It originates from my own practice of over 30 years.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a precise practice. It is the inwardly directed attention toward the body, perceptions, feelings, reactions and all contents of thought.

Since 1993, Peter Riedl leads meditation courses for beginners, advanced practitioners and teachers in Vienna. Next to mindfulness workshops he also holds courses in stress-reduction for doctors and hospital staff. His methods are easily integrated and applied to daily life.
